Despite the warm and windy conditions, it was a fantastic day enjoyed by everyone. Our pupils represented Shustoke brilliantly, demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship, determination, and perseverance throughout every event.

We were especially proud to receive praise from the event coordinator, who commented on the excellent behaviour, attitude, and conduct of our children during the day. They were wonderful ambassadors for our school and should all be incredibly proud of themselves.

The highlight of the day was being crowned Small Schools Athletics Champions, winning the Small Schools Shield by an incredible 50 points! This is a truly remarkable achievement and reflects the hard work, resilience, and team spirit shown by every member of the squad.

From the first race to the final event, our children gave their all, supporting one another and never giving up. Their amazing determination and perseverance shone through, helping us secure this fantastic victory.

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part—you were all amazing! Thank you to the staff, families, and supporters who helped make the day such a success.
